Please know I make ever effort to ship as fast as possible, BUT your order is made just for you no matter what you're ordering from my store. Please expect to wait at least 3 weeks for personalized items and 6 to 8 weeks for anything handmade to ship.

Invoices are not included with your order, you get those in an email. I do include your gift note if it's a gift and care info, that's it. Everything is packed in 100% recyclable material.
