I'm so very sorry your personalization arrived incorrect. This doesn't happen with any frequency but we are human and mistakes do happen. If the mistake is incorrect do to our error we will replace your order immediately
I'm very sorry we do all we can to insure that doesn't happen but accidents do happen. Please email me as soon as possible with photos of the damaged item and the box it arrived in, and I'll get a replacement out to you as soon as possible.
In general all my orders are made to order. which means if I have one in stock it will ship immediately but I might have to make one for you. If that is the case it maybe 2 weeks before your order ships. I'm located in Los Angeles and shipping to most places east of Arizona will take 4 to 6 business days.
Yes, but it's really expensive. Shipping fragile items requires lots of packing material and they can be heavy and there is this trade war going on so import taxes can be steep. Expect to pay around the cost of the item.
Yes! Log into your account if you set one up during check out and you can make the changes there or send me an email and I'll do it from my end. You'll receive a confirmation of the change no matter if you or I make the changes.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

My personalized products are personalized and designed here in Los Angeles, the dinnerware is made overseas, in Eastern Europe and China. All of my hand made items are made 100% here in Los Angeles with locally sourced clay.
Yes, but with exception. If there is gold the dishwasher will eventually remove the gold. Detergent used by dishwashers is very harsh and over time it does damage to all dinnerware and my products are no exception.
